The course will introduce basic data collection and sampling methods, control charts, graphical methods, and practical application areas in statistical quality control. (0.8 ASQ RUs)

Basic Statistics Refresher Class – March 15th, 2013

This course will be of interest to all Quality professionals. The material covers the use and application of Basic statistical tools and techniques. The course will introduce basic data collection and sampling methods, control charts, graphical methods, and practical application areas in statistical quality control.
