This month’s presentation will cover the need for Effective Communications in today’s business world, highlight the challenges to communications and suggest steps and methods to improve communication effectiveness. Meeting participants will be asked to share their experiences and expertise on this topic during the presentation. Following the presentation, participants will be more knowledgeable on the need for effective communications, the causes of inadequate communications and actions that can be taken to make communications more effective for their organizations and themselves.
