March Section Meeting: Effective Communications

Meeting participants will be asked to share their experiences and expertise on this topic during the presentation. Following the presentation, participants will be more knowledgeable on the need for effective communications, the causes of inadequate communications and actions that can be taken to make communications more effective for their organizations and themselves. A human error means that something has been done that was not intended by the actor (meaning neither by the designer nor by the operator of a process, or procedure; meaning the same here).
